Authorities stated that the man delivered methamphetamine to a confidential informant in May of 2017. They also believe that the drugs were kept at his home, which is located within one block of a local elementary school.
In November of 2017, the man was charged with second degree sale of methamphetamine in a school zone and third degree possession of methamphetamine in a school zone. Reports indicate that the man is now pleading guilty for possessing these drugs. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
